The U.S. Courts will be adding multifactor authentication (MFA) to PACER and CM/ECF systems on May 11th, 2025. Initially, users will have the option to opt in to MFA. However, beginning in August 2025, the Courts will randomly select accounts to force MFA enrollment. By the end of 2025, everyone with CM/ECF filing access will be required to use MFA.
At BankruptcyWatch, we take security seriously and applaud the Court for enhancing its security. We have a solution to integrate with the Court's MFA system so users can continue to use all BankruptcyWatch services uninterrupted.
Changes to BankruptcyWatch include a new Court MFA connector, documentation on integrating BankruptcyWatch with Court MFA services, and additions to our Platform interface to facilitate the transition. BankruptcyWatch account representatives will reach out to current users to ensure a seamless transition.
We're offering free trials for those not yet using BankruptcyWatch who need bankruptcy automation services that stay reliable through Court changes. See how our tools keep working when others might fail.
